I absolutely love sushi, so my awesome wife got me the Sushezi (http://www.sushezi.com/). It makes rolling sushi really easy. All you have to do is make your sushi rice, set down your seaweed paper, get your fish and other ingredients, load up the sushezi and squirt out your rolls.
I made both Salmon and Tuna rolls as well as some spicy mayo to go along with it. They turned out great. The Salmon wasn’t quite as fresh as I wanted so it didn’t have a dark color but it still tasted great. Next time I’m going to add avocado and cucumber.
